Priscilla Odeyovwi OSIEBE,is an assistant lecturer in the Department of Library and Information Science, Faculty of Behavioral Science Dennis Osadebay university Asaba, Nigeria.She hold BLIS and MLIS degree from delta State University Abraka and Michael Okpara University of Agriculture Umudike Abia state She has many years experience as an administrator also she is a member of Nigeria library association ( NLA) She is Certified Librarian of Nigeria (CLN) Her research interests is on cataloguing and ICT application in Library services.
