Dr.Babawale Solomon Taiwo is the immediate past acting head of department religious studies ,University of Lagos.He is an Associate Professor of Religious studies with a special interest in environmental theology,religious education and peace and security studies He is an alumnus of the Bergen Summer Research School,university of Bergen ,NorwayHe graduated as the best student in religious at the Ogun state University(OOU) studies winning the departmental prize and the Elijah Ogungbe memorial prize in religious studies.He has published national and international journals
